Saint-Chinian winegrowers have never stopped believing in the future, in the quality of their work and in the collective and united strength, a notorious showcase for the local wine production for the last 85 years. The cellar brings together 100 winegrowers representing 650 hectares of vineyards, the first of Saint Chinian appellation. A large part of the vineyard is worked manually, from pruning to harvesting with High Environmental Values. Located on a schist terroir, both mild and arid, the vineyard allows the production of bright and aromatic wines.
