The cellar brings together 100 winegrowers representing 650 hectares of vineyards. This places the cellar at the forefront of the Saint Chinian appellation, representing 25% of the region’s appellation. A diagonal separates the schists to the northwest and the limestones to the southeast.
The award-winning wines, the ISO standard as well as the transition to HVE (High Environmental Values) are the result of the winemaker’s and all the staff’s hard work at Saint Chinian. A large part of the vineyard is worked manually, from pruning to harvesting.
