Antoine Armanet discovered the winemaking profession at the age of 16 and became fully aware of the importance of plants. His passion for wines was revealed after prestigious education and experience working alongside great winemakers in Languedoc-Roussillon.
The 19 hectares of vineyards are cultivated organically, and Antoine Armanet advocates respect for the soil and beneficial wildlife. The commitments are reinforced by its natural advantages; the plots are surrounded by scrubland and meadows, which naturally preserve a rich and rare biodiversity. The Mistral wind purifies the vines and helps reduce the hot summer temperatures.

The domain has 15 different grape varieties spread across its 19 hectares : Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Malbec, and Marselan. This great diversity allows the winemaker to create different styles of wine, with sometimes surprising blends, but always with the aim of offering balanced and fresh wines that respect the fruit as much as possible.
