The Winery of Alignan du Vent – Neffies reflects the new impetus of Languedoc viticulture. A group of 140 winegrowers who decided to pool their resources in order to offer a complete range of authentic, well-balanced wines. The terroir of Alignan du Vent benefits from a Mediterranean climate, a particularly favorable exposure, and the dry north wind that naturally protects the vineyard. The symbiosis of the soil and the grape variety allows the wines to better develop and express their qualities, finesse, and aromas.

Winemaking
Picking at optimal ripeness
Direct pressing of the berries and very low temperature stabilization of the musts for fine processing
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small concrete vats for approximately 18 days
