The Vignerons du Chevalier Georges gather 80 cooperative winegrowers who cultivate some 400 hectares of vines on a terroir comprised of gravelly hillsides with red earth and garrigue soils with limestone gravel, located between 50 and 150 meters above sea level. The Mediterranean climate provides vital moisture to the vines during the hot summer months, and when necessary, the tramontane wind dries this moisture. Fruity and powerful wines, which develop freshness combined with a strong structure.
