In a landscape shaped by the legendary natural sculptures of Pic Saint Loup and the Causse de l'Hortus, the family vineyard nestles in a preserved garrigue environment of the Pic Saint Loup AOP. Haut-Lirou extends over 140 hectares of vines practices traditional and sustainable viticulture: short pruning to control yields, soil aeration, leaf removal, trellising, and natural manure. Limestone terraces and on clay-limestone, marl and basalt terroirs, gives the wines great richness and exceptional aromatic complexity.

Winemaking
Grapes night harvested in order to take advantage of low night temperatures
Direct pressing by pneumatic membrane press
Fresh grape must stabilized in cold temperatures which allows the aromas in the grapes to fully express themselves whilst in turn slightly reducing the acidity
Aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats
Tasting notes
Light and very bright yellow
A delicate and fresh nose with notes of orchard flowers, then a delicious opening with aromas of pastry, apricot jam, peach panna cotta, and vanilla cream
The aromatic notes finally evolve towards linden, verbena and walnut kernels
Structured and smooth on the palate, it pleasantly invades the palate with its aromas of white-fleshed fruit, bitter orange, and a toasted hazelnut finish
