In a landscape shaped by the legendary natural sculptures of Pic Saint Loup and the Causse de l'Hortus, the family vineyard nestles in a preserved garrigue environment of the Pic Saint Loup AOP. Haut-Lirou extends over 140 hectares of vines practices traditional and sustainable viticulture: short pruning to control yields, soil aeration, leaf removal, trellising, and natural manure. Limestone terraces and on clay-limestone, marl and basalt terroirs, gives the wines great richness and exceptional aromatic complexity.
